Vodacom Repair Potchefstroom

<p>I sent in a Samsung S7 with a cracked screen, still under guarantee, and it was sent to Vodacom Repair in Potchefstroom and they send me a quote to repair it. I immediately phoned them, telling them it's still under guarantee and I send them the slip for when the phone was bought. I spoke to them twice to tell them I'm sending the slip and they assured me they will then fix the phone. That was Oct 3. Since then, they sent back the phone, still not fixed. At one stage the phone was missing, and according to my Vodacom dealer the phone is back to repairs but Vodacom Repair Potch does not know where it is. This is now almost a month just trying to get a screen repaired, and I still have no idea where my phone is, or when I'll get it back.</p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p>
