VODACOM REPAIR LAKESIDE MALL COMPLAIN

i took my two phones for repair at vodacom lakeside, they repaired the phones for me however upon arrival at home the two phones were faulty and had to return them back. after 2 days vodacom called me that 1 phone is ready for collection and i went to the store where i got stood up for 30 minutes with no help only to be told that my phone is not fixed. its been 4 weeks without my two phones and every time i call to find out what is happening they consultants have no clue to say the least. when i requested to speak to the manager they tell me the store has no manager. after paying such a hefty price to repair a phone vodacom is failing to cimmunicate nor fix the phone properly
