Vodacom Repair - I don't recommend getting Vodacom insurance at this rate.

Vodacom Repair and their ability to forward necessary documentation onto the required insurance claims is absolutely horrible. I was given the repair centre number as well as the insurance claims number so that I could facilitate this transaction myself. I couldn't even get this done because their ability to forward the necessary information including claims form was non-existent.

Our phones are used to facilitate Wallets, Bank transactions, Communication and more. The lack of urgency, the inability to follow up as promised is atrocious. If you say someone will call in the next hour, I expect a call.
