Vodacom Repair centre Vanderbijlpark Surname change not done

A few days ago my wife went into the above mentioned store took along our marriage certificate all the do***ents they ask for in order to upgrade her handset, she visited the store twice three days before the upgrade, when she got there there was a confusion because the lady who helped her never changed the surname from Grobler to Roodt she had to stand in a qeue for 45Min after which they had to search for her phone because it was still on her ****en name. Up to now I'm sure it still hasn't been done
