VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE FOURWAYS MALL

I have insurance at Vodacom and my phone broke down. i took it in for repairs and the vodacom repairs store at fourways mall told me that my battery was faulty and i paid a fee. i was told my phone would be ready in a few days only to find out that the new battery that i had paid for was rejected by the phone so they have now rebooked my phone and are currently fixing it under warranty.

their ********* behavior has me questioning the entire process becauase now the MANAGER is saying that if my phone had died there was no way of testing if the battery is working or what. so how did they get to the diagnosis to begin with?

at this point i trust nothingm and i basically DONT WANT THAT PHONE BACK because clearly there is ALOT of foul play happening here
