Vodacom Repair Centre fail to return my cellphone

I took my phone in to Vodacom Repair Centre in Greenacres in July 2019, my screen cracked and there was a water damage, the cellphone was around 6 months old, it was a samsung J5 pro which was R4000. They gave me a job number ***3. On the 23rd of July 2019, I received an email from Maritsa Marais with a BER report and she advised that the cell phone is not fixable and it is ready to be collected at the repair centre, i then head to the repair centre to collect my phone because there is no way it is not fixable plus there was other things written on that report which i feel were extremely inaccurate and i sat there for over an hour, the consultant who was assisting me went to the back and looked everywhere but could not find my phone, another consultant also assisted but could not find the phone, they took my details and advised that once they find it they will call me, no one called and months went by, I emailed Maritsa many times, she ended up not responding to my emails, I don’t know how many times i went to that repair centre, they always go to the back and say they looking for it but nothing, one consultant advised it’s in Cape Town at their repair centre there and would call once it has arrived and no one ever called oh emailed me. It’s almost 2 years now, i want my cellphone, that phone is fixable and very much new, i paid R4000 for it and want it back, please assist.
