Vodacom Repair Centre - Extremely Unhappy with Services

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to review Vodacom as the poorest service I've received till date. I have logged a called on 16/11/2016 for my Huawei P8 phone which doesnt work anymore. Vodacom could not repair the phone as the phone has reached end of life. I'm already 9 months into my contract. Vodacom promised to give me an P9 for the replacement for the P8. Vodacom then wanted to give me a refurbished.</p> <p>I have 3 reference numbers till date ********** 8, ********** 5, ********** 5</p> <p>I have to constantly phone in for feedback from the Agent also from the Teamleader, I have requested till date for the Manager to phone me and that has not happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
