Vodacom Repair Centre

Hi

i purchased a Samsung S7 edge from Vodacom in durban. Within the first 7 days I found the phone to be defective. They replaced it with a new device. 2 months later the phone had the same defect. I sent it back to the Vodacom store that I bought it at and now they telling me that the phone is going to to be repaired instead of replaced. According to the Consumer protection Act, if a product is defective with the first 6 months from the date of purchase, it should be replaced. Please help as I do not want the phone repaired.

Hi
after calling the repair centre several times and requesting to speak to the manager at the Vodacom repair centre in Umhlanga unsuccessfully, I was informed that the phone has been repaired and sent back to the store that I had originally purchased it from. This is completely unacceptable as I requested that the device be REPLACED and not Repaired. I am extremely disappointed. I do not want the repaired device
