I updated my contact on my cell hone on 2015-06-06 at vodacom matlosana mall i klerkdorp. The wirelesses charger did not work> i took my phone and charger to the branch in the matlosana maal, I went today to get a update on my cellphone. When i in required about vodacom said that they are waiting for parts. I asked about the 7 day hanset exchange i was enformed that it is not like that Im so now the dark about it, In the meantime i had to borrow a cellphone to use in my work enviroenment
