Vodacom renews contracts without consent

My mother’s contracts were renewed without her agreement. This has happened to me too when one calls you cancel they convert it to data only or some small line as opposed to cancelling the contract. Please sort this out and cancel these contracts because now she has stopped paying and it affects her credit record. This is not fair to old people.
