Vodacom renews cancelled contract without permission
Vodacom renews cancelled contract and there is no answer on cancelations call Centre for 1 month. You cannot cancel in store and emails sent since 1 June requesting that the contract is not renewed have been ignored. Shocking service. No follow up on complaints. No follow up at all.
