Vodacom removed my linked data cards after upgrade

At the end of Jan 2015 I upgrade my Vodacom data contract. The contract consitsted of a primary data card + 2 additional data sims billed at R10 each.
During the upgrade the consultant asked Open Plan or Top Up. Top Up sounded good and we went for that. What the consultant did not tell me was that my linked data cards will stop working.
So now I only have 1 data sim that's working.
After 2 months of fighting I managed to get my contract back on Open Plan, but now Vodacom can't give me back my 2 data sims at R10. They say I have to take it at R99 per sim. Vodacom disabled that, and now I have to pay 10 times more for the same service. Not happy.
The very helpful personnel at Vodacom shop Atterbury Value Mart are also fighting for me, and they've been promised Vodacom will activate it at the old price. So I bought 2 new sims, neither is working, and the've been listed at the R99 per sim price. So now I'm paying more for less functionality.
I've called Vodacom a lot of times and they keep transferring me other departments. I've been promised 8 or 9 times that someone will call be back. To date I've received 0 calls back.
I just want my old functionality back.
