Vodacom remains oblivious

Vodacom has still NOT responded to my complaint that was lodged on Thursday, 12 November 2015. The lack of response merely reinforces or substantiates my theory that Vodacom has no respect for the customers.

The irony is that I fetched my 'repaired' device from Cellucity on Friday, 13 November, only to hand it back in for repairs on Monday, 16 November. Thus far, there has only been one decent party in this entire equation and that is the manager and staff of Cellucity, who have gone to lengths to ensure that I am not inconvenienced in the now going on to 3 months that I don't have my brand new device, which I am contractually paying for every month and have not been using it.

This certainly begs the question- does Vodacom understand that there are 2 parties involved in a contract and that contract must be beneficial to BOTH parties and not just Vodacom? And then the second, most obvious question - does Vodacom know, understand and value their customers? And if they do, like their Value Proposition says, does it bother them that they have contravened their very own VP by inconveniencing customers time and time again. One certainly has to wonder.
