Vodacom relocation not done - second complaint

What a bull dust company. Who closes and SR without resolution. I am waiting since 5/2 for a relocation. I received an email from you escalations department to say my ticket was pushed to the 8th (your CEO resolutions department!) its the 8th today- Sunday - no service provider has called me and you have failed to deliver on your promise yet again.
