Vodacom REJECTS/FRUSTRARES purchase using Vodacom Vouchers.
Today I travelled for more than 35 kilometres per trip to Vodacom shop in Central City,Mabopane to exchange vodacom vouchers I purchased using vodabucks. Hence, yesterday I called the store to check if my desired device was in stock and the store confirm that it is available and their system accepts up to six vouchers per customer, however when I got there today, the store changes the number to four vouchers only. Thus,I hugely frustrated and disappointed from the mistreatment, false and unreliable service from the store, especially after travelling a combined 70kilometres trip and wasted money on petrol and time since my nearest store Vodacom(Garankuwa)was closed many months ago.
I need clarity from Vodacom what is the issue with the vodacom vouchers,as for how many vouchers can the store accept from a customer and if the policy can change daily, who sets up the ridiculous policy and who's discretion is this-the head office or store(franchisee). Are there terms and conditions for the vouchres I AM DONE with this nonsense of vouchers as each time I have to spent them there are problems! I rather happily spent MTN YELLOBUCKS,there no sweat,no problem,no faose promises! Vodacom shops act like they are doing us a favour by exchanging this vouchers, hence we spend lots of our hard earned cash in difficult economic times to buy airtime, data and pay contracts but they show us the middle finger, for me this is one of worst/frustrating rewards programmen in recent times. Loyality does not make me happy!
