Vodacom refusing upgrade for being under Debt Review after I've been paying my contract for years

I feel like I'm being discriminated due to being under debt review, I cannot understand how I cannot qualify for a R1 100 pm contract, but I do qualify for a R2600 contract for another device? The reasoning is contradicting and doesn't make sense to me. Vodacom is refusing to upgrade me to a contract with simular value to the one I've been paying for 3 years. My contract is a service agreement and not a credit agreement and therefore not included in the debt review process and all my payments are up to date. My debt counselor advised that because I have an active contract that I would still be able to upgrade. I do not appreciate Vodacom being very difficult with regards to my upgrade process. I wish to file an official complaint to your head office.

Like I said before, your team must know and try to understand that I was able to pay my Vodacom account on time every single month R900 p/m. I fail to understand why I only qualify for deals over R2k p/m but doesn't qualify for a deal for R1.1k p/m.

The inconvenience I received now from Vodacom is unacceptable

I will not leave this here.

I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer for years

I have been under debt review this whole year but you keep taking my money. Now all of the sudden I cannot continue with my contract even though I have been paying all year Vodacom said I only quilify for The S24 Ultra. This is R2.6 k per month???? But the iphone is only R1k and I cannot qualify for?

Can you hear yourselfs??? Why cant I have feedback as you how this makes sense?

Vodacom advised this is due to my debt review. There is nothing they can do about this on their side

This is not acceptable as my debt counselor confirmed that I would still be able to upgrade my cellphone contract.
