Vodacom refusing to support voice over wifi functionality on their Fibre network

I have had a very disappointing call today. We have horrible Vodacom signal in our area. I have been using Voice over wifi capability over both fixed LTE(Different service provider with great coverage in the area) as well as fibre different service provider different address in the area. I recently switched over to Vodacom fibre from the Fixed LTE that I have been using. To my disappointment the Voice over wifi did not work. I though it might be a initial problem. So I waited for a month to see if the functionality would start working. Still nothing. So I decided to call Vodacom and ask them to make the functionality available to me. The person in the support center did not want to transfer me to someone that can start the process of implementing it. He also confirmed that he was technically qualified to tell me that it was impossible for them to give me this service over my fibre line.

You see here lies the problem I already know that it is possible from past experience that voice over wifi is possible on fibre networks and that it is something that they need to activate on their network. So I explained to his that it is possible and that they need to activate it. He reiterated that is was impossible. I asked that he open a ticket that can be executed over the period of months to eventually fix the problem. He eventually hang up the phone with no solution or plan for a solution.
