Vodacom Refusing to repair my new cellphone.

Vryburg Vodacom failed to assist me I bought a new cellphone last month it is not working I took it back and it came back worse from Bloemfontein Repairs. They have scratched my phone cameras , the phone is not charging, the 3 cameras shifted it is not aligned, the back of the cellphone is not sealed at the bottom and they also cracked my cellphone from the inside. I booked my cellphone without any physical damages it came back with damages from the repairer and I only used and charged my A56 Samsung once and died, used it for only a Day and it was the end of it now Vodacom say I must pay R3000 for the damages that I didn’t do. Vryburg Vodacom confirmed that I booked the foun without any physical damage now they are rejecting the report.
