Vodacom refusing to repair iPhone

On the 21st of October 2016 I took out a new contract with Vodacom for my wife and got an iPhone 7 128 GB on a Smart S. A standard is that the phone comes with a 1 year warranty and on the 18th of October 2017 my wife complained that she can't use the phone for voice calls as the speaker is faulty. On the 19th of October 2017 I booked the phone in at Vodacom Limatra in Ermelo for a repair. Today they phoned me saying that they won't repair the phone as it only has 1 year warranty. I then rep**** that I can't understand this as I booked in the phone on the 19th of October why is this a problem? She then spoke to her manager (Ivory) and phoned me back still refusing. Vodacom please wake up and provide service. I am aware that I booked the phone in 2 days prior to the warranty expiry date but I still booked it in 48 hours prior to the expiry date. What is the problem?? I've 2 contracts with you guys and have been a client since 2005. I am refusing to go on like this if every time I have a problem whether it is repairs or account problems that you aren't there to sort it out but when you need to debit my account each month you are right on time!!! I demand a solution and answer to this??!! Shame on you Limatra Vodacom Ermelo, your service is beyond poor! Please see proof of my booking and also see the date of booking!!!!
