Vodacom refusing to refund me

Good day , i unfortunately was a victim of identity *****. Vodacom billed me for about 8 hundrend rand and some change in June and upon further investigation from my end, i found out that someone either at Vodacom or somewhere else had used my id number and banking details to purchase a contract cellphone. I then got ahold of Vodacom and upon further investigation by their forensic department they found carelessness with whomever opened the account and that i had my identity **********ly used. i have since been absolved of obtaining any contract with them and since then by some mistery they have failed somehow to re imburse me dispite numerous calls to their forensic officer who dealt with my case and their customer care line . i have been sent from pillar to post trying to retrive my money which they themselves confirm i should be paid back. they were able to access my account to take my money easily, now there is radio silence when its time to pay me back what was wrongfully taken. I have numerous ref numbers and emails of me begging to get back what is legally mine that which was wrongfully taken from me. its been months weeks upon end of me requesting them to kindly return my hard earned cash. still no word. Vodacom still i wait.
