Vodacom refusing to honour insurance

Vodacom refusing to honour the insurance taken out on a contract. Even though they are in breach of contract they have given every excuse under the sun to refuse the replacement. Utterly disgusted with the service.

You say that. I was contacted and promised help. The person that contacted me has kept me waiting with no Contact since December. Pathetic!
