Vodacom refusing to cancel an expired contract

request a contract cancellation with vodacom 24 November an sms was sent confirming receipt of the cancellation but the contract is continuit for December and January there is a charge again. visited the shop twice in Wonderpark. The online help and TOBI could not assist
