Vodacom refusing to cancel a contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract that ended with Vodacom since last year with no luck. Why is Vodacom refusing to cancel the contract that ended a year before. Now I am told that the account has been handed to legal. How so when I did not request for the renewal of the contract. I have called Vodacom more than 5 times to cancel this contract and everytime I was told the cancellation was proceed.

I am fuming because of the incompetency on Vodacom staff members (Cancellation department) to be exact has now affected my credit record.

I NO LONGER WANT A RELATIONSHIP WITH VODACOM, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO !!!
