vodacom refusing repairs

My phone was taken in for repairs during november 2014,I handed it in to the consultant at vodacom in Lenasia and explained to him my phone was giving problems such as, overheating,freezing,charging pin problems and needed a software update/reload.The consultant then booked my phone in for repairs,then in early january I was called in to fetch my phone from the vodacom store and found that my phone was not repaired at all,it was exactly the way it was before It went in for repairs.I then requested them to resend it in for repairs,this february would be 4 months since its gone in and I still haven't received my phone.I'm very upset with the service of vodacom,I have been trying to call in to get any news of my phone and no one is assisting me,instead the consultants I'm speaking to are just refering me to other consultants.I've been using vodacom all my life and I have never encountered such difficulty with them however this time I am really dissapointed and furious.I'd like to know where my phone is and wether its going to be repaired or not,my job number is ***4
