Vodacom refuses to share call recordings to prove their innocence and exploits the elderly

In June my elderly mother phoned Vodacom to cancel a cellphone contract which has reached its expiration date. Only to find out later that not only was the contract not cancelled, she had two additional contracts on her name. We have tried relentlessly to get the call recording out of Vodacom so we can dispute the matter. For 3 months Team Leader after Team Leader promised to listen to the recording and get back to us as well as send us a copy op the recording. Besides this matter, we got call recordings for where my mom said that she wanted to cancel all insurance contracts on her phone. We received 2 recordings on which she stated this. Eventually they cancelled the 2 insurance policies and said they would refund her, She is still waiting for her refund. Vodacom is so predatory and sly and it's impossible to resolve matters with them. We eventually referred the matter to ICASA but they said it's outside their jurisdiction. Were do we turn to have this resolved as we even reported it to your ***** department but they were even less helpful. As a big corporate, I would be ashamed of your shady dealings and how you treat your customers.
