Vodacom refuses to replace faulty phone

Vodacom is the most useless company! I bought a phone two years ago on a contract! The phone was faulty and broke! I took it to the Vodacom repair centre more than a year ago! And Vodacom simply refuses to repair or replace the faulty phone! So fed up! Still paying for a useless contract! And Vodacom's customer service sucks! Repairing/replacing the phone won't even dent Vodacom bank account, but I'm paying my ass-off to keep the useless contract! #stillastudent R7200 made in payments since and still for nothing! Bunch of idiots that work for Vodacom!
