Vodacom refuses to repair phone
Vodacom is listed as the repairer for Nokia phones. Dropped off a Nokia for repair. Stated that we bought it through TakeALot. Refuse to repair it since it wasn't bought from Vodacom. And it was clearly stated to Vodacom that we will pay cash for the repair. Is things going that well with Vodacom that non-vodacom subscribers money isn't good enough for them?

03 Feb 2021, 15:29Got a private reply stating that the Repair Escalations Division states that they did not have spares. Engineer report states that they could not validate the IMEI and that the handset was returned not repaired (RNR).
