Vodacom refuses to refund
Hi Im a pensioner I got a balance from vodacom to settle one of my numbers R3526.36 on 20/6/2025 I went to vodacom shop on 21/6/2025 to pay this amount in full, then on the 23/6/2025 I email the receipt and the cancelation quote together to. *** So on the 25/7/2025 they deducted R722.99 again from my account which is wrong. I contacted them several times and have been told that it was canceled too late...they are not prepared to refund as they only received cancelation in August. That's not my problem..they had the cancelation but never processed it

On the 25th August they took another R4578.48 from my account with a debit order
I called them and I don't get any reply from vodacom
Please I got debit orders to go off still
I need to no why such big amount 😩
