Vodacom refuses to give voice recorded of my contract cancellation call
I posted this review on the 16th of March 2022, Vodacom responded that I would have a resolution within 7-14Days.
Its been 5 Weeks and still no response.
Here is my review: "I cancelled my Vodacom contracts 6months ago. We are forced to cancel them telephonically. The operator make various offers to me so I dont cancel. I explicitly said I want to cancel. I dont want any offers.
My contracts were already on their final month, so I was able to cancel. She confirmed that she cancelled the contracts.
I did not receive any further correspondance.
Months later I got a call from lawyers handing men over for my outstanding vodacom contracts.
I explained the whole story. They said to contact vodacom to sort this out.
I went in store, they said I must call the helpline. Since then I have opened 3 Tickets with Vodacom trying to sort this out. I get no correspondance and this is not getting resolved. My credit score is taking a beating and I dont get any feedback.
I have requested the Voice Recording from my Cancellation Call, but they dont get back to me. Does anyone have any contact person higher up at Vodacom that I can contact to get this resolved."

Since then I have still been receiving weekly calls and emails from the same Lawyers firm attempting to collect.
I have forwarded the lawyers this email with no response.
I have forwarded the lawyers letters to vodacom, also no response.
I have requested confirmation, with no response.
This is getting ridiculous now.
