Vodacom refuses to deliver promised contract add-ons
My wife upgraded her cellular contract in late November 2020, and part of the deal was a R3000 Woolworths Vouchers, which should have been delivered within 15 working days.
It is now 12 March 2021, and despite consistent complaints, questions, and other communication - the only response from the "mighty" Vodacom is that the query is in hand.
Speculation: We are starting to suspect that someone at Vodacom perhaps stole all the vouchers in question, and they are merely stalling in the hope that we give up an go away - bad luck Vodacom - you need to delivered what you sold!
