Vodacom REFUSES to deliver handset
After having driven to Vodaworld in Midrand, I requested an update. No stock of the required handset was available. It was indicated that the phone be delivered to me via courier. A gentleman by the name of Thembinkosi at ********** REFUSED to assist me and REFUSED to instruct the courier company to have the device delivered to my house in Johannesburg.
This is nothing other than ***** / theft of my device.... How will Vodacom rectify this?
