Vodacom Refuses to cancel my old contracts for months and they keep deducting my accounts!!!
I have been calling vodacom to cancel two contracts I had with them since the beginning of November 2020 and I have been told these are being escalated and no one has assisted me.The service is appalling and I feel like Vodacom has been ******** me as they have been deducting my accounts for months and no one wants to process these cancellations!!!!

I have been calling Vodacom for 6 months now telling them about the cancellations since November 2020 and to be told by your consultant that my contracts are going to be cancelled as at March 2021!!!!I am made as I should be!!!Money has been deducted off my bank account for months!!! for contracts I called to cancel in November 2020!!!I need these amounts refunded to me and to be told an investigation will be done to investigate if I have been calling or not ,that sound like I was being told that I was lying about the fact that I have been calling Vodacom for MONTHS!!! MONTHS about this and their *********** consultants refuse to help or do their jobs and just escalate! FOR MONTHS THAT HAS BEEN THEIR RESPONSE!!! I should not be involved as a customer in Vodacom politics and how they choose to pay their consultants!But if I call for a cancellation ,I expect that to be done!ON the day I called initially not WHEN vodacom decides and then continue taking money off my account.Vodacom please resolve this and refund me all ALL my money!!!
