Vodacom refuses to cancel my insurance or assist

I cancelled my insurance in January, till this day Vodacom hasn't done the cancellation and expects me to pay, even though I have paid up (and had to pay again because they FAILED to cancel).

When they call, the agents make the phone ring and then hang up.

How is one supposed to resolve???!!!
