VODACOM REFUSES TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT THAT EXPIRES ON APRIL 13TH

I have the worst experience with Vodacom, I called 25th March 2025 to let them know that my contract will expire in 13 April 2025. the retention call agent tried to trick me into an upgrade and did not mention that the payment term of new contract would be 36 and not 24, I later called to cancelled contract but was told Vodacom needs to do upgrade reversal to Backoffice for the 2 weeks and then they can assist me with cancelling my contract , at the moment its the 10 th April 2025 and the phones were never delivered nor in my possession . Vodacom is deliberately delaying me from cancelling my contract with intention to prejudice me by not sticking to their obligation. I have been calling since the 26th of March and always told that Vodacom will send email to Backoffice for upgrade reversal. I last spoke to Yolanda today 10th April 2025 and her manager she stated back office will respond me. I told her you are lying to me. I even asked is this office within the same vicinity the manager said yes. what is so difficult to tell the next department to escalate this matter. there is no way that more than 5 consultants can send upgrade reversal emails for one client and two weeks later there is no cancellation on upgrade for my two lines 071 and 063. I was told that there was stock taking at the warehouse. why must BE inconvenienced. it's unacceptable, I have a right to change my mind according to national credit act

why must I be possession. for internal issues when I don't even have the phones in my possession. I WANT MY CANCELLEATION FOR 071 AND NO DEBIT ORDER SHOULD GO THROUGH COME MAY 2025 FOR THE 071 contract... that's all i want. ( i called at 8:51 from *** line)

I would be taking legal action if this cost me more money in May 2025. Vodacom must improve their internal procedure and not inconvenience customers

i dare them to listen to my calls from 26 mach 2025, some of the staff not even professional on calls, i had to say hello there was dead silence especially on the call of the 10th April 2025
