Vodacom refuses to cancel lapsed contracts. Hire ****** to sell products

I have been asking for years to cancel a few contracts that have lapsed on my account. But to no avail. I made it my mission to get this done today. I have video footage of the sales woman blatantly ignoring my requests and trying to upgrade my numbers. How do I go about getting these contracts cancelled!
