Vodacom Refuses to Cancel Contract Despite Disputed Arrears

I’m extremely frustrated with Vodacom’s refusal to cancel my contract. I’ve repeatedly requested cancellation, yet they insist I owe over R16,000—when in fact, my arrears are no more than R5,000. I’ve asked for a breakdown of charges but received no clarity. I’ve tried to resolve this amicably, but Vodacom continues to ignore my financial situation and dispute. This is unacceptable. I’m requesting immediate cancellation of my contract and a fair resolution. If this isn’t addressed, I’ll escalate to ICASA and the National Consumer Commission.
