Vodacom refused my claim because they don't stock Jvc tablets but the contrat and insurance was with them

In 2021 I took out a tablet contact from Vodacom through the Westgate Games store. I immediately took out vodacom insurance as the tablet was for my son school lessons. On the 15 June 2023 I took the tablet in for repairs at the vodocam Store Westgate. 2 weeks later I had been informed that Vodacom repairs can't fix the device as its nor there tablet. JVC TABLET I was furious as the contract had been taken out from a vodacom store and had been insured at a vodacom store. VODACOM REFUSED TO ASSIST IN REPLACING THE TABLET .THEY HAVE STILL BEEN DEDUCTING THE INSURANCE PAYMENT EVERY MONTH BUT DOESNT WANT TO REPLACE THE TABLET. PLEASE ADVICE 🙏
