Vodacom refuse to terminate my contract

My vodacom number was due for termination or renewal in Feb 2026 I made arrangements with vodacom to terminate my contract and even paid the money that they said i owe them but still today they refuse to cancel my contract and the account has accumulated interest and vodacom is threatening to suspend my number, please assist me to cancel my number without loosing my number. Thank you
