Vodacom refuse to take responsibility

Honestly, Vodacom is the worst. Their head office is not helpful either. I took a Samsung S6 Edge plus on contract(worst decision ever) and in less than two months it was giving me problems, the screen completely shut down, I know one might think this is Samsung's problem and I partly agree but since I took the phone with Vodacom I feel it is their responsibility as the service provider to fix it for me. I took it to the repair center in Green Point to fix it for me and they said it is liquidamage. I explained to them that i never dropped the phone in the water nor took it in the shower with. The lady i was dealing with told me that it might me the moisture from my hands or body lotion-(how ridiculous) they decided to take it to their head office for second opinion and they still said liquidamage and refused to fix it. I personally took it to samsung and when samsung assessed they said they don't see any liquidamage, the screen had a bubble and there were some parts missing inside. therefore since the phone had missing parts samsung said they will not fix it. The phone has been with vodacom for about 3 months with no progress...while i'm still paying for the phone every month.
