Dear Alain
We are sorry to hear about the circumstances in which your complaint has reached us.
As per our records we have assisted you with this same type of dispute more than once this year already.
Ultimately the user is in full control of the Device's usage, and not the Service Provider.
Although we are more than willing to assist you with this, we are not able to manage the usage for you.
You may also feel free to install Vodafone Usage Manager on your device and set alerts and limits on your side, as the user is the one who is ultimately responsible for any and all usage generated by that SIM card.
If you've logged this with ICASA, then it should be in good hands. They normally liaise with us to ensure a fair and just outcome.
Kind Regards
Dane Larson
