Vodacom refuse to pay out insurance. *********** help

Good day. I complained before about having laptop insurance with vodacom. My laptop got damaged and when i called in they told me to take my laptop in to incredible connection. At incredible they told me its R450 for a fault report. Vodaco. Said i muat pay it the R450 will be my excess. I sent in the proof and months later they told mw i dont have insurance and they wont pay. I went to fetch the laptop from incredible with the R450 paid and vodacom not paying. I went to vodacom on the 20July 2021 and asked for a printout. The printout has evidence of ny insurance. What should i do next because when i conplained on here before vodacom contacted me and still nothing. Empty promises and have been taking my money for insurance for over 4 years. I spoke to more then 4 people. O have requested for copies of the recordings to no avail
