Vodacom refuse to listen
ref nr *** Vodacom is charging me for GameMine every month for more than a year!!!! R4000.00 That is happening while I am not even registered at ANY Appstore HELP!!!!!!!

I have been charged for GameMine (no idea what it is) for more than a year now. Vodacom keeps on sending me to apple istore while THEY are the company adding it to my account.
When I go back to Vodacom, they keep on saying that I am buying iTunes (not sure where THAT is coming from) even if they can see on my phone and my records I don't have ANY app store purchases; EVER!!!! I stopped my debit order 2 months ago - they keep on charging me for GameMine… that while I am not even ABLE to use my phone as I stopped the debit order?!?!
Clearly this is an INSIDE job. I have spend DAYS and DAYS over the past year to sort this out. I am still at square 1.

I cannot involve AppStore/iTunes directly as I have NEVER registered with them. It means I have NEVER purchased something from them.
THIS IS MY PROBLEM - VODACOM REFUSE TO SORT IT OUT, CONTINUE TO REFER ME TO APPLE STORE?!?!?!?
This NEED to be sorted out ASAP!!!!!
Do I really have to appoint a Cyber Investigator that VODACOM will have to pay in the end???????
