Vodacom refuse to interview me

Very upset with both Vodacom Tygervalley and Vodacom century city, they posted jobs in Gumtree and I app****, the same day Bianca from Tygervalley contacted me and said I have an interview the next day at 10 by Morne at century city, I got there at ten and Morne wasn't there a lady that works there told me he would be back soon if I can maybe walk around in the mall and she will phone me, NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO, I walked around for 4hours, I phoned Bianca and she said she will phone me back in 15 min, she also never got back to, I really want to work for Vodacom and need a job but I never even got the chance for an interview.
