Vodacom refuse to help a loyal customer
I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for over 6 years & currently having 5 contracts. My additional contract number(6th) was owned by my former company. As contract expiry in May 2015, I would like to renew it and also change it to be MINE. My former company have already sent me their letter of change of ownership to submit to Vodacom.I am Vodacom contract customer for over 6 years, when I called Vodacom to ask for email to submit all the documents i.e. ID copy, company letter, they say I must go the Vodacom shop. I thought Vodacom is an innovative company with things done online, latest technology etc. than to physically go to the shops. Most of my contracts I have done them online, so why now I am being punished for being a loyal customer. I would like to upgrade my contract asap as my current phone is giving me problems. Please assists in this regard.
