Vodacom refuse to give me new router
I exchanged my vodacom points on Monday the 18 of May 2015 and I get a router. While I was still at the shop

Please return the device to the store as it is a Out of Box Failure (OBF). The store has to swop out the device or send it to Vodacom Repairs to get the OBF approved for a new device for you.
