Vodacom Refuse to assist with poor signal in my area

I am struggling with Vodacom signal at my area of E****wa ext 24; I have called Vodacom customer line (111); I have experienced the following;

1) The service is not user friendly. You are being put from different voice prompt before you speak to a customer care agent. Sometimes you even give up without knowing which number to press.

2) The procedure to log a call for signal problem is not practical. They say you must give three numbers of people who are experiencing the same problem. How do I go around and asking people for their numbers? What happens when I am the only one using Vodacom in that area? Does it mean I will not be helped?

3) They have created procedures that will block you from reaching the decision makers. I spoke to the customer care agent, she told me she can't proceed without following that procedure. She was persistent that there is nothing she can do. I even asked her to relay the message through their call log that I am not to happy, she was not willing to do so. I then asked to speak to her senior. The lady's name is Nompumelelo. She was more concerned about getting over it and done with the procedure than to consider customer's views and needs.

4) I have suggested to the lady that I understand their procedure but they must also have processes in place whereby they give us an opportunity to escalate our views to the decision makers. She had told me that she is the manager without even telling me in what capacity, meaning I have reached the ceiling.

5) To me it means Vodacom will not be able to assist me with the poor signal I'm getting because I cannot provide other numbers who experience the same problem. What options do I have out of other service providers? Weighing my options.

6) To Vodacom I want to say please create procedures that allows customers to voice their dissatisfaction, opinions or suggestions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT REQUEST, IT IS A DEMAND; IT IS A HUMAN RIGHT.

Guess what?

Vodacom has not kept their promise of calling me; as per the email above. The problem is not fixed. Yesterday I was at E****wa clinic the network problem is worse.

Is Vodacom tired of our money as customers? I wonder why...
