Vodacom refusal to cancell.

An email was sent on the 6th October to request a cancellation on multiple numbers, most of which I do not even own, requesting the cancellation of all to be on the 31st of October, the email was sent to both ***, ***

Oct 6: I received an email from "Correen Mthimunye": "... I have logged a Service Request to our Retentions department for a cancellation. Your reference number is ***"

Oct 9: I received an SMS telling me that my ticket has been resolved and closed, yet I received no status. I then emailed once more asking for the actual status of the ticket.

Oct 11: I received an email from "Correen Mthimunye" stating that the cancellation was received, it read "... A request has been escalated to the Cancelation department team leaders by Deane Lesley to assist and to contact you with feedback.".

After all of this, I keep getting invoices and no feedback whatsoever. I refuse to pay anything on this account, at this point I will just forfeit my numbers altogether and make a clean break from Vodacom.

My cancellation was well in advance, even though it was just on a month-to-month basis.

You have now completely lost all my business.
