Vodacom refusal to cancel mobile contract.

Vodacom mobile contract My contract with vodacom ended November 2023 and I canceled Jan 2024.Till to date vodacom is still debating R980 from my account. Called in to the cancelation department and went to vodashop but no one has really been able to help.Their mission is never make it user friendly for a client to cancel their contract. I have to give the call center agents in the cancelation a 10/10 for rudeness. Any Advise from anyone who has canceled a contract with them.Please advise because financially vodacom is crippling me.This company will tarnish my credit record .I dnt care about keeping the number anymore.Vodacoms famous line "You will lose your number mam".
