Vodacom Refusal to cancel lapsed contract

Well 1 year after my contract end dates for 6 phones that I took out for my family and I, Vodacom won’t close those contracts. Despite the poverty I’m in I have to pay them every month when corona took my income. If you take a contract with Vodacom, they will never cancel it after due date. Vodacom sucks. I guess they want to be able to black list me if I stop paying. By the way, when I call them they give me a reference number, when I call them back with that reference number, they have never seen such a reference number and it has no meaning to them. Today Friday February 26 2020 will call them again just to prove it to u. And oh, one of their agents keep calling me about upgrading, mention canceling they hang up upon establishing that I requested cancellation a long time ago. Vodacom is bad.
