Vodacom ***** Refund - Poor service

21 Sep 2023 A *****ulent activity was done on my account they debited this amount to my bank. Since then I have email phone and do anything possible to get amount of R1 629.94 refunded to me. Almost 1 year later still have not received my refund. My last email was sent on 02/07/2024 to ***. That was after I phoned and I was told that the reason why I have not received my refund was because I have not sent the email.
